We go through an extensive quality control check before packing each item. However, human error is inevitable. In such cases, we will assess the defective item on a case by case basis and an exchange/ store credit refund will be offered for the defective or damaged item within 30 days of your purchase.
All you have to do is contact us via email at [email protected] with your order number and proof of receipt.
If an exchange is granted, your return shipping costs will be refunded in store credit, up to a maximum of MYR 10 for West Malaysia & MYR 20 for East Malaysia.
